| There
is a road between Salinas and San Juan Bautista which winds around
through the mountains. Mind you, these would be considered
hills to those who live in the rockies - but they are really too big to
be
called hills and they have the look of mountains if not the height. The
road has
spots which have this multi-layered look - of dried vegetation and
valleys with occasional oasises of color and blue-purple mountains
behind. As abstract as this is, it captures the feeling of San
Juan
Grade Road. |
